Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Manager to oversee the health, safety, and environmental policies and practices across our oil and gas operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects comply with local, national, and international safety and environmental regulations. You will work closely with operational teams to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and promote a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures for oil and gas operations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO 14001).
• Oversee the training of staff and contractors on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and environmental best practices.
• Lead investigations into accidents or near-misses, determining root causes and implementing corrective actions.
