Refund Policy

At Global Jobs Gulf, we strive to deliver quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the digital nature of our products, our refund policy is structured to maintain fairness while preventing misuse.


Refunds for Candidate Plans (job access or resume services) are considered only in cases of duplicate payment, technical errors, or non-delivery of purchased services. Once services such as resume writing or profile optimization are initiated, refunds cannot be issued since the service is customized and non-reversible.


Refunds for Employer Plans may be approved in cases of accidental duplicate payment or verified service disruption lasting more than 72 hours. Job posting packages, once activated, are non-refundable, as employers gain immediate access to candidate databases and branding features.


All refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of purchase, along with proof of transaction. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.


Global Jobs Gulf reserves the right to reject refund requests if misuse, fraudulent claims, or violation of Terms & Conditions is detected.


We encourage users to carefully review all plans and services before purchasing. Our support team is always available to clarify features, provide demos, or assist with plan selection.


This policy ensures fairness to both users and service providers, maintaining the integrity of our recruitment ecosystem.
