Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to oversee the quality control systems within our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet regulatory standards, quality guidelines, and customer expectations. You will lead a team of quality inspectors and collaborate with production, R&D, and regulatory teams to improve processes and resolve quality issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., GMP, ISO 9001).
• Monitor production processes and product quality, ensuring products meet all specifications and quality standards.
• Lead and manage the quality control team to ensure timely and accurate inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review and approve quality control documentation, including test results, validation reports, and inspection records.
