Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our education technology team. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning materials and courses for both online and in-person delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality learning experiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional materials, including course content, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that course materials are accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies and best practices to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
• Develop eLearning modules, including interactive content and multimedia elements.
• Evaluate and revise courses based on learner feedback and performance data.
