Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the staff, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining the hotel's financial performance. You will work closely with other department heads to ensure smooth operations, from front desk services to housekeeping and dining, while consistently improving the guest experience and meeting business goals.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction across all departments.
• Manage hotel budgets, financial reporting, and cost controls.
• Lead and motivate hotel staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Oversee the reservation system and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness. Develop marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
