We are seeking a proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in London. As part of our IT Services division, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring seamless IT operations for businesses.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
• Analyze business processes and recommend software solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet client expectations.
• Develop use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams to communicate requirements effectively.
